Saint Gobain buys US aerospace manufacturer

HyComp, established in 1886, employs about 120 people and supplies composite components made with proprietary carbon fibres and thermoplastic materials. The products made include wear rings and air rotary valves as well as actuation and electronic systems on aircraft.
